Winter Vacation

This winter vacation I did something that I have ever done, and I went to somewhere that I have ever been before. In my eyes, I think my winter vacation is so fun and I don’t want to begin to go to school again in the new semester. In my vacation, I went to Lavender Garden, Tong Feng, and I read a lot of books. It’s a really nice holiday.

Before New Year coming, I went to Lavender Garden with my classmates. They came to Taichung and I took them to hang around Taichung City in the first day. Next day, we went to Lavender Garden. Lavender Garden is so far away. We rode 1.5 hours and then we arrived destination. The place was wonderful. The air was fresh and the flower was beautiful. We had a good time. I hope we can go there again next year.

Before the new semester beginning, I went to Tong Feng with my good friends. Tong Feng is in Feng-yuan. It is a place providing people ride bicycle. We rent bicycle and ride about 20 kilometers. That was a really long distance. I feel so tired but happy after we finished journey. Tong Feng was also a beautiful place. Although it was rainy that day, we also had a lot of fun and took a lot of pictures.

This winter vacation I read a lot of books. My mother worked in the elementary library, so she recommended me to read some books. I got a lot of knowledge from any kinds of children’s books. I usually got up early then I went to library to read English and read some books. I feel I absorbed a lot of benefits this winter vacation.

In conclusion, this vacation is really fantastic. Although I spend a lot of time with my friends, I still read something. I also spend many times with my family to visit relatives. I never do a lot of things in the winter vacation. This is a nice holiday in my university life.
